Celebrate Valentine’s Day this year at the Fireside Restaurant! Chef has prepared a multi-course prix fixe tasting menu for the special occasion and our regular farm-to-table dinner menu will also be available.  Tasting Menu available: $99.00 not including tax and gratuity | Optional sommelier-selected wine pairings, including Champagne: $39pp++

As pioneers of the Pacific Northwest hard cider revival, Finnriver crafts ciders that pay homage to historic hard cider traditions while offering fresh perspectives on the possibilities of the fermented apple. 🍎🍏

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be joined by Finnriver co-founder Crystie Kisler, who will share her expertise and insights into the art of cidermaking. At this special event, you’ll enjoy a delicious multi-course dinner paired with Finnriver’s award-winning ciders.

Chimacum Grainery Pasta Nights

This February we are showcasing one of our local farm’s newest product. Chimacum Valley Grainery, (previously known as Finnriver Grain) is the newest venture from Keith Kisler. Come cozy up at The Fireside and enjoy a three course dinner $26pp with optional beverage pairing $12. Every Wednesday in February from 4pm to close.
