DECIDE – Each restaurant offers a special Savor the Salish prix fixe menu at set prices—perfect for exploring new dishes or savoring your favorites. Some locations may offer add-ons or pairings for an additional price. Reservations are recommended where available!
DINE – Enjoy a carefully crafted meal that showcases the unique flavors of the Salish Sea. Pricing includes the meal, but don’t forget tax, gratuity, and any delicious extras you might want to add.
RAISE A GLASS – Sip on something local! Many restaurants feature Salish-inspired wines, ciders, spirits, and nonalcoholic craft beverages sourced from the region’s best makers.

FIRST COURSE
