Eligibility: The contest is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Port Ludlow Associates, their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting Saturday, January 11 at 12:01am and ending Sunday, January 12 at 11:59pm. All entries must be received by end date/time.

How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete the online or paper entry form by deadline.

Prize: One winner will receive:

• A one-night mid-week stay in a deluxe view room at the Inn at Port Ludlow.
• A round of golf for two at the Port Ludlow Golf Course (golf cart not included).
• A one-hour kayak or stand-up paddleboard rental for two.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Wed, Jan 15th and will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Taxes and Expenses: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for any incidental expenses not explicitly included in the prize description.

Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants The Resort at Port Ludlow permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions: The Resort at Port Ludlow reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest. The Resort also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.

Release of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Inn at Port Ludlow, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or the prize.

Compliance with Laws: This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
