A 3-day Health, Wellness & Mindfulness Getaway Weekend at The Resort at Port Ludlow

April 24 – 26, 2021.  A wellness weekend at The Resort at Port Ludlow for the ultimate combination of luxury, relaxation, and revitalization while focusing on your well-being.

Our Transformation on the Water Weekend Retreat is designed to help you relax, recharge and get inspired! Participate in daily workshops focused on goal setting, personal reflection, mindfulness, stress busting and steps to living longer. Also included are: morning yoga & meditation and a choice of afternoon activities:  kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, waterfall hike, self-guided farm tours or a daily golf clinic.

This retreat’s registration is limited to a small intimate group of participants for maximum impact to attendees and respects the recommended social distancing guidelines.

We will have fresh from the farm produce on hand to teach you several ways you can store, prepare and preserve without needing a degree in culinary arts.  The goal for this class is that each participant takes home several tips and techniques that will immediately improve their cooking experience.

Enjoy your in-room jetted tub with local handmade bath salts, soaps and lotions or sit by the cozy gas fireplace to rest, relax and clear your head for the workshop ahead.  Reduced rate for attendees on Friday night stay.

A variety of spa services are available from the comfort of your room provided by licensed professionals from Ludlow Bay Massage & Wellness Spa.

Brad is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, author, speaker, and coach who has almost three decades of comprehensive financial planning, coaching, and career counseling experience.
Brad’s own journey towards balance and self-development led him to expand his own tools. Brad became a Master Certified Integrative Life Coach through Integrative Wellness Academy. He is the author of the book, Stop Trying to Keep Up with the Joneses: They’re Broke Anyway and is passionate about equipping people to live their ideal life.  Brad also serves on the faculty of the Integrative Wellness Academy and is the head instructor and creator of the Holistic Life Planner certification course.
Brad believes that life is not an event, it is a journey!

Pam Leno

Wellness Expert

Pam has 30+ years in the fitness industry instructing, training and coaching. She carries several degrees and certifications in different areas of coaching with a focus on physical, mental and personal development. She dedicated 18 years at the Washington Athletic Club (WAC) in Seattle creating and implementing the Group Fitness Program. This included many non traditional improvements that inspired and encouraged member participation. Pam managed and developed coaches and instructors. She came to Olympia in 2012 to join Dr. Nooney in implementing Ideal Wellness Weight Loss Method to Olympia and started Ideal Wellness NW. She has expanded her knowledge and ability to help her patients by becoming a certified High-Performance Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist. Pam believes your food can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison. We all can improve our health and benefit from creating Ideal Wellness in our lives. It is a gift that is our choice to receive.

We understand it is an uncertain time.  This workshop and retreat operates best as a small group for increased engagement, not a large convention.  We are operating this retreat with physical distancing standards set in meeting rooms, private dining spaces, and all with considerations for the health and safety of our guests and staff.

Double occupancy pricing includes two (2) retreat participants sharing a room.

Single occupancy pricing includes one (1) retreat participant in room.

You may!  We welcome everyone to visit and stay with us in Port Ludlow. Please let us know if you prefer a single bedded or double bedded room, we would be happy to arrange accommodations accordingly.

The Cooking Class can be added during registration.

Cancellations for the class are required fourteen (14) days out from the event date, by 5pm.

Walking shoes, light rain jacket, and an open mind.

Port Ludlow will have some yoga equipment available for use as needed (mats, blocks, etc.).  We welcome and encourage you to bring your own equipment  should you feel most comfortable in doing so.

Refund of the deposit will be up to fourteen (14) days out of the Workshop & Retreat start date.  Should you need to cancel your registration and participation, we will refund your deposit up to fourteen (14) days out of the workshop – by 5pm.  After that date, deposit are not refundable.
